The Cicilline Committee
Friday, September 25, 2020

PAWTUCKET - Tomorrow, at 11am in Barrington, U.S. Rep. David Cicilline will launch the “Socially Distant, But Coming Together” month of action to knock on doors, meet with voters, visit small businesses, make phone calls, and hand out leaflets and yard signs across Rhode Island’s First Congressional District. Given the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Cicilline will follow the CDC's established guidelines on social distancing and mask wearing throughout the month of action.

“This is the most important election of our lifetimes, and I’m taking nothing for granted,” said Cicilline. “Every single vote matters. We need folks across Rhode Island to make their voices heard up and down the ticket to elect Democrats who will fight to raise wages, lower health care costs, root out corruption, reverse climate change, end gun violence, and protect equal rights for women, people of color, and the LGBTQ community. Let’s get to work.”

At 11am tomorrow, September 26th, Cicilline will take part in a “Honk & Wave” hosted by the Barrington Democratic Town Committee at Barrington Town Hall, located at 283 County Road. Then at noon, Cicilline will join Barrington Democrats for an hour of canvassing the town.
